A Legacy of Speed: The BUB Motorcycle Speed Trials
In 2004 Denis Manning made history by founding the BUB Motorcycle Speed Trials. This one-of-a-kind event, which remains the only motorcycle-only land speed racing competition in the world, quickly rose to prominence and became a bucket list destination for the motorcycle racing community.
For nearly two decades, the BUB Motorcycle Speed Trials has provided a platform for motorcycle enthusiasts to pursue their speed-fueled dreams. From amateur riders to seasoned pros, the event has seen hundreds of competitors battle the salt and the clock to set new land speed records.
With its recognition from both the FIM for international records and the AMA for national records, the Bub Motorcycle Speed Trials (Now called the Bonneville Motorcycle Speed Trials) soon took its place as one of the most prestigious events on the yearly motorcycle racing calendar.
